A typical Intermediate Jiu Jitsu class follows the same basic format, however it is held at a much more rapid and physically demanding pace.

Our programs are geared towards both competition style Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self defense.  We have partnered with GF Team and Galveston MMA. This allows our students easy access to additional training in MMA, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, and boxing.
